Mousse au Chocolat
Ingredients for four:
- 200gr couvertüre (dark chocolate)
- 6 fresh eggs
- 80gr shugar
- 40gr butter
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate "aux bain marie" (i.e. put the chocolate into a dish, which floates
in another dish with hot water) or in the microwave oven. When the chocolate is melted, then add the
butter and melt that too.
Separate the eggs in egg white and egg york. Use an egg whip on the egg white and the sugar until it
is stiff. Then mix the egg york under the chocolate and add the egg white. Stir it until it becomes a
homogeneous mass. Now put the mousse in the fridge for a few hours.
At best serve the mousse with some whipped cream (with 3 teaspoons of shugar on 0.2l of cream).
