Meat salad
Ingredients:
- 3 kg potatoes (e.g. Nicola)
- 2 kg boiling meat (already boiled!)
- 1 large onion
- about 10 pickles
- a firstfull of silver onion
- about 1 glas of mayonnaise
Preparations
Peel the potatoes and cut them in small blocks. After that boil them for about 10 minutes and rinse them with cold water until they are cold. Reduce the boiled meat with a food processor, along with the onion. Cut the pickles and the silver onions into small pieces and mix them together with the potatoes, the meat and the mayonnaise.
Leave the salad in a cold place for about half a day. It can be decoreted with some eggs and pickles.
