Pfeffersteak
Ingredients for four:
- 4 steaks
- pepper
- Salt
- 50gr butter
- 50ml cognac
- 100ml cream
Preparations
Rub the steaks in with roughly grinded pepper. Roast the butter in the pan until it is light brown, then
roast the steaks for two minutes on both sides (or a bit longer, when they are thick or you want them
well done). Add a bit of salt. Now pour the cognac over the steaks and light it with a match. When the
fire is extinguished, remove the steaks from the pan. Now make the sauce by pouring the cream into the
the pan and stir it until it boiles.
As side dish you can make almost everything, french fries, rice or backed potato.
