Ingredients

Ingredients for four:

  • 500gr chicken filet
  • 2 onions
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 200ml water
  • 75ml sherry
  • 50ml soya (ketjap)
  • 250gr rice noodles (mihoen)
  • sun flower oil
  • Salt

Preparations

Cut to pieces Cut the chicken filet in cubes, cut onion and garlic in small pieces
Roast onions Roast onions and garlic in the sun flower oil
Roast meat Add the chicken and roast it until it starts to get light brown
Alles zusammen Then add water, soya, sherry and salt. When the sauce is too liquid, add some sauce binder
Cook the rice noodles Cook the rice noodles a few minutes until they are done
Pour off Pour the noodles into a sieve
Put together Finally the noodles are mixed under the meat and sauce
