Spaghetti

Ingredients for four:

  • 500gr ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 can of (piza) tomatos
  • 250gr mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoon of basil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 500gr spaghetti
  • 50gr butter
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Preparations

Cut onion and garlic into small pieces and roast it together with the ground beef in a bit of oil, while trenching it into smaller pieces. When the meat is somewhat brown, the mushrooms (cut into slices) and the tomatos are added. After a few minutes the spices and some salt are added. then let it boil for about thirty minutes on the lowest setting of the cooker.

Put 1l of water with the boullon cubes to boiling temperature. Add the spaghetti and cook it until it is "al dente". Then put the spaghetti into a sieve and wash it up (shortly!) with cold water. Now put some butter in the cooking pot, let it melt, put the spaghetti into it and stirr it.
